Alweld Commercial Boats 5 Year Limited Warranty

Alweld Boats warrants to the first retail owner that it will repair or replace, at it’s sole discretion, any defect in material or workmanship reported during the first five (5) years of ownership of the original retail owner in the hull seam welds (keel welds, chine welds, transom-to-hull welds).

 

Alweld Boats warrants to the first retail owner that it will repair or replace, at it’s sole discretion, any defect in material or workmanship in the boat’s structural members (bottom ribs, side ribs, transom brace) for a period of one (1) year from the date of the first retail sale to the original retail owner.

 

Alweld Boats warrants to the first retail owner that it will repair or replace, at it’s sole discretion, the following factory installed components for a period of one (1) year; 1) steering systems (including helm, bezel and cable) 2) wiring harness and electrical  switches (not included fuses) 3) fuel tanks 4) lights (not included light bulbs), aerators, bilge pumps, fittings 5)instrumentation (tachometer, fuel gauge, other factory installed gauges 6) deck hardware

 

What’s not covered:

Windshield breakage or deterioration including rubber mounting grommets, and mounting hardware (I.e. washers, screws)

Deterioration of the surface finish on unpainted boats, paint, non-skid coating, decals, rubber or plastic components including but not limited to fading, anodizing, discoloration, tearing or shrinkage.

Deterioration of upholstery including carpet and seats including but not limiting to fading, discoloration, tearing or shrinkage.

Aluminum deterioration by electrolysis or other chemical action caused by but not limited to metal or electrical attachments to the boat, battery acid, fuel, fuel additives, saltwater corrosion, or cleaning agents.

Any damage caused by accident, impact or catastrophic grounding.

Any damage caused by or resulting from alterations, abuse, negligence, misuse, or commercial use.
